My in laws appeared in passport office hyderabad on 10-1-2011 for a passport name correction, and their tracking numbers are HYDR00031211 & HYDR0003111. I was under the assumption that in tatkal we get the passport back in 7 working days, as of now the status in the website does not show any thing.

Is there any authority that we can reach to check on the same, they need to appear for visa on monday and we have only 3 days time left.
