This is regarding Passport application filed on 15th Oct-2010 for my parents.
All the documents have been submitted twice but still passports have not been delivered and are put on hold with the same reason.

Last time when we ( I and my parents) submitted the required documents that time concerned officer committed to deliver the passport within 7 days from the date of submission of the documents.
Its been more than a month now but passports have not been delivered and status of application is showing the same status again " submit the required documents"

These application are for senior citizens and it becomes very difficult for them to go to passport office and have the follow-up on time to time.

Submitted docs (twice) - Ration card photocopy and Bank passbook photocopy (with Originals for verification)

Reason for pending : furnish Marriage certificate OR Joint Affidavit (with joint photograph) as per Annexure D, duly notarized.
Submitted Docs : Original Marriage affidavit Duly signed by notary has already been submitted a month back.
