lost my pass port in the market while traveling ..plz register my complaint

I had submitted application for passport for my wife and son in the month of May-2011 through Post office, IIT Kanpur. The application fee was submitted through a 'Demand draft' issued on 28 April, 2011. After roughly 4-months, in September 2011 the form was returned to the post office for verification of some documents, which were already verified by the post master while the application were submitted in the month of May.
Some one month back only my wife's application( and not the son's though they submitted together) came for police verification. Now today I received two letters from the Lucknow passport office stating that since the bank draft expired they were temporarily closing the files for these two cases and would be reopened if I submitted the fee again within 15days of receipt of that letter.

Can anyone render some sincere advice so that I could get the passport or the application fee deposited through demand draft.

I have applied for my passport on 19-oct-2011 from Expertise Hotels Services Private limited Address 135, 1^st floor, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi-10085 phone numbers# 9654640199, 9654640299, 9654640399, 9654640499, 011-45291111-12-13-14 & their boss number is 9654620199. On that time I din’t have time to personally go to passport office to submit my application I have chosen them so that they can come and complete the paper work and submit at Passport office. On that day I have given them a check of 2300 and they have given me their receipt. Actual new Passport cost in Delhi is rs 1000 but they have taken rs 1300 extra as their service charge. The check cleared from my bank account on 21-oct-2011. They have told me on 19-oct that they will give me original passport office slip that is being issued by Passport office at the time of receipt of my application with in a week time.

Since then they have stopped answering my phone call and I have not received copy of my slip from Passport office. When calling multiple times on their different numbers then I get a chance to speak with someone and giving some excuses from the beginning. I have been in the followup with their office staff from that time and each one is giving me excuses of blah blaah after calling so so many times. No one has been able to help me. It is been really frustrating when month is over and no response from the company you are dealing with. Now they have stopped answering my phone call because I will ask about my Passport slip. I am sure they have not submitted my application at Passport office and taken my money and my CONFIDENTIAL documents. I have sent them an E-mail as well but got no response. It is a case of FRAUD AND HARRASMENT.

I did not get my passport till now i submitted my application on 13-1-2011 now it was showilg expected to be dispatch on 22-12-2011 till now they did not dispatch the passport plz im requesting u to dispatch my pass port i got offer in tanzania(african country)

i have applied fresh passport on 22-04-2010. Police enquiry and cid enquiry have been done very well. No objection any body for my address and myself.
But unfortunately i have not receive my passport till 03-12-2011 since last 15-16 months and no enquiry available on internet.

Dear sir,

My Passport no is:E8796293 Date of issue:23.04.11 & Date of Expiry:22.04.2009.

I applied for renewal of pass port on 24-07.11 in regional passport office Hyderabad.And my File no is:F018687.

The status of passport was show in passport web site up to one year :It is regretted that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of the passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week times.

Subsequently it was not dispatched.

I went to Regional passport office,Hyderabad. in Oct-10, but i was late to reach Enquiry befor 11.00am on that day.

Next i visited Regional passport office,Hyderabad. on 27.06.11. In Enquiry they permitted me to meet with APO. I met him on the same day, he advised me that you will get passport with in 15 days times or we will intimate you, if necessary you may have to apply for New passport.

But till date i have not received any communication form regional passport office.


Now My worry is it was issued for any other person & somebody may enjoying my passport.

Why the regional passport office is not communicating any thing?(it is not at all having good proper communication system) toll free nos will be engage always or will not respond properly.

In between they have conducted one passport adalat. That also they have not communicated properly.

Please treat this mail as complaint, give reply & slove my passport problem.

Dear Sir, I am Neelam Rao Rangare, I submitted my application form (LKO-A060610-10) preparation of passport to Regional Passport Office, Lucknow in 2010. Police enquiry and formalities are already done. But till date there is no information regarding my passport. My File Reference Number is CAL-A088240-11. My Police verification is over and it's ok, even it has been shown on the status page of the Passport-NIC site.
