i D.daisy persis of file no.HYDW257326 applied my passprot last year october and it didnt get dispatched yet so kindly check the problem and let my passport out so that i can do arrangements fro my future studies.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My passport application receipt no. is 00000280 - 11.
I have applied for my passport on 1st March 2011 from district passport application collection centre at Tamluk [Dist - Purba Medinapur ( West Bengal)]. And I have cleared my police verification formalities on 11th June 2011. But today after almost three months of my police verification, neither passport is issued to me, nor any letter came to my mentioned address for verification error (if any).
