Myself Mohd. Afzal Khan , resident of House # 108, Moh Gadiyana , Anoop Shahr , Buland Shahr, UP. Pin 202390.

Through My CV's my brother got job for me in Dubai & paid Rs 75,000 to job agent ( Last 5 years my brother is working in UAE Semi Government Company) that why i apply for valid passport on 14.10.2009 File #A 048805 in my concern Ghaziyabad passport office , Ghaziyabad, but i did not received my passport yet.


I have visited sevral times in same office with my father, always promised by them next week ,they said report not came, some time, sign on your photos. But everyting has been done accordingly.

Once again me & my father went in same office cleark say's "why every week you are comming my father replied , please send his passport will not come or if you have any problem please let us know, then again they promis will delivered in week time. they just keep promssing but not despatching.

Last 3 month same status " it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will despatched with in week time".

if my Police report or other reports were not clear how they can grant the passport.

today is 18.07.2010 you can understand it enogh time they taken.

I mantely feel strased due to passport status , Please let me know what remedies are available for me & what step need to be taken to get the remedies.

Due to delay job Agent refuse to return the money, how i can get companeste for same.

Please advised me at your level best, i shall be thankfull to you.

Please help me , im feeling very helpless due to this case.
