Dear Sir,

I was applied for passport in Passport office New Delhi vide file ref No A029672 dt 06 May 2011. My passport status state that my passport has been despatched on 23 Sep 11 vide registry No 264097 But the same has not been received till date. I contineously visit to Palam post office to not the status of the same. They said that they have not recd any such no registry till date. One month lapsed in despatched but the registry still not recd. Kindly look in to your record and intimate the present status of the passport. Dear sir,
I am Bikash Panigrahi had applied passport on August 27,2011 from District passport Cell,koraput.After the completion four months the status is POLICE REPORT IS INCOMPLETE AND THE CASE IS BEING VERIFIED.I had been to there but they are not opening my file and saying that "THE SPECIAL BRANCH REPORT IS MISSING".When I inquired about this in DPC,Koraput they told that they have received the special branch report and a copy has been sent to RPO,Bhubaneswar.The Inquiry Officer Mr.Behera is not opening my file and always saying wait there.I waited 4 8 hours but in vain.
My passport file number-BHU A025386 U11.
Help me regarding this.

Hello Sir,

This is Vishnu Dayal Srivastava from Jais. I would like to let you know that I have submitted the application for passport on 10/10/2011 in Lucknow(UP) passport Office. The officers from local Jais, Thane and CBI officer from Chatrapati Shau Ji Magharaj Nagar, Gaurigunj have completed the verification around 25 days ago. They said that report will be submitted but when I check the status online it is showing some weird status:

I am retired person and it is not possible for me to go to the office to office and get the reasons of mentioned status. Please see the attachments to look into the issue so that I can get my passport on time.

I am really upset with online system because I tried to call you many times but always heard only "busy" message and also dint get any reply of my email.

Please help me asap and let me know if I need to do something.
