From last 6 to 7 months same message iam getting this messgae while chekcing the status online "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" and the Passport is the important document to me so i request you to Kindly help me MY passport As early as Possible. This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport My File Referance no is GZBA009716 11. Police enquary has been also done. In April 2011 internet enquiry showed message that passport will be dispatched on 18th April 2011. But we did not receive passport by 26th neither the status was updated. On 26th April I wrote a mail to Ghaziabad office then the website was updated with the message that passport could not be dispatched due to some unavoidable circumstances it will be dispatched in this week. But it was not dispatched We again enquired now the web site has been updated with the message that the passport will be dispatched on 12th May. We have a plan to go to Malaysia on 13th May. Tickets of Jet airways have been purchased. Please help me. Other passports has been dispatched against applications submitted with the application no GZBA009716 11. Please help me and get the passport dispatched today.

But still i din't get my passport. And i don't know what the problem is. There is no proper responce from passport regional office even after my frequent visits.

I have applied for my daughter's passport at hyderabad on 19-JAN-2011. After 3 months I checked in the website passportgovin and found that police verification is clear. It is more than 5 months now since I have submitted my passport and from past 30 days I am seeing a message in the website that (It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time
). I tried reaching the contact no.s given for enquiry Shri A.T. Murthy, Deputy Passport Officer Phone:040 - 27806657but it is always unanswered. Unfortunately I cannot reach anyone in the passport office. A land line no. of the deputy officer is given in the website but he never picked the call. I am in a very helpless situation, I do not know whom to contact further. I really doubt if there is any customer care cell for our regional passport office at Hyderabad. I am going to attend the training for my job at the end of this month and it is outstation and the Passport is the important document for me to submit . "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 09-08-2011. Subject to all documents being in order." the application reference number is HYD-W604853-11.

I had applied for my Baby MOKSHIKA REDDY NANGI passport on 15-04-2011 with file number HYDC350761-11. after 20 days police verification was completed. After that the status in website was passport will be dispatched so and so date, but after 10 days i can see the status as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time " , and it's been 4 months since i have been looking at the same status. and i tried to contact all the contact numbers that i got from internet but couldn't be able to reached any of them. bot no use i am seeking your advice is there any support to whom we can report or not. please take file complaint against Hyderabad Regional passport officer.

I kindly request the consumer court to take the strict action against the Regional passport office officers of hyderabad
