This is in regard to my passport renewal application in lucknow....my old passport is from hyderabad which getz expired on june 2010...But now am married in Varanasi so hv applied for a renewal with a name changed(nw with my husbands name as suffix) and address change...my file no. is B00006210....they told me i ll get it in 10-12days.....but nw its been more than 45 dayz ,and the passport status still shows 'police report still awaitmg', although i went down to the local police station to find out, but they say they have not recieved nething from lcknw......now my dilemma is where should i inquire about my passport status....
