Dear Sir,
I have applied for passport on 26th June, 2008. The local police verification has been done in a month and then I got the objection to submit P.P. form. There was an
objection raised on my file (File ref. No. Z011096 / 08) on 2 Personal Particular forms. I have submitted the 2 Personal Particular forms duly filled in and affixing photographs along with attested copies of documents
on 14th November, 2008. But there was no change in the status of my application. Again I was informed to submit the 2 Personal Particular forms which I have submitted on 24th February, 2009. Since there is no change in my passport application form, I have re-submitted the 2 Personal Particular forms duly filled in and affixing photographs along with attested copies of documents again.


The authorities at Puri SP office says that they have already sent my police verification to Passport office, Chennai. As per my request they have sent my police verification again ( on 26/11/09) which bears speed post no: EO333744367IN.

Kindly look into the matter personally and let me know if I need to submit any other document.

After few days i got an online status message in internet "The Following Objection Has been Raised Dealing Section Marked Movement on your file,You may contact Passport Office, Chennai" I went again to passport office on 30th july 2010 and on status check on passport office was showing in the message as passport granted and police verification cleared but i had to furnish a fresh form along with my proof of address and photographs, but still the online status message is same it has not changed which was coming earlier i.e "The Following Objection Has been Raised Dealing Section Marked Movement on your file,You may contanct Passport Office, Chennai". Sir i have not been issued my passport till now.

I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and let me know if I need to submit any other document.

I have applied for a new passport and submitted my passport form on 22nd Sept’09 at Vellore Passport Office,Tamil Nadu and didn’t receive my passport yet although it is supposed to be given within 40 days.Its showing "Your police report is Clear.Application is under process" as enquiry status on the website. Its been more then 1 year now.
Its urgent now since i have to go to foreign after 3 months from now.

Dear Sir,

I had applied the Re-issue of passport on 29th June 2010. The police verification is also cleared.
From 29th September 2010 onwards, the online status is showing as "Clear Police Report has been received. Your Passport will be despatched shortly". But till now I didn't receive my passport. Almost it is going to complete 4 months.

SHOP NO.11, R-30A,TNHB COMPLEX,SPARTAN NAGAR,ANNA NAGAR,
WESTERN EXTN. CHENNAI-600 101

The people in the gas agency do not attend phone calls( 044-26563350,26562087and 044 26560608), hence it has become a tough time to book the gas.We have booked the Gas after completion 45 days after the previous
supply on 19.10.10

Even after a struggle on booking the gas, they say the refilled cylinder will reach after 10 days. I booked the gas on 19th Sep. 2010.Since 15 days after booking, didnt receive the gas, I phoned them after the with great effort and struggle to get
the telephone line they rudely said we will not give now only after deepavali they
will supply and also used filthy language and challenged if you want gtoive complaint you go and give it to them or note down the complaint and given one
phone no.24339236.But it is not a correct no. This is repeating every month and we
have sent enough email to all the levels in the IOCL and now body bothered.

I asked the other customers, they say that the cylinders are being sold to the hotels and hence customers like me are put into trouble of very bad response and non-delivery. Please take necessary action you have to weed out this type of
Unqualified Agency who dont have enough infrastructure.

I applied for passport on 24th April 2009 still I haven't received my passport yet.. Its been two years now..
I have submitted PP form 3 times, Police verification of both my temporary address and permanent address has been done..

Due to delay in issuing I even submitted an application regarding cancellation of passport application still they haven't cancelled it yet..

I have to go abroad for higher studies, I am in confusion what to do???
Can I apply for passport again at my home town???
I dont have any proof that my passport application is cancelled at chennai office..
