Dear sir,

I had taken passport on 30/04/2007. I had made a mistake in my D.O.B( in my school certificates and other certificates my D.O.B as 10/04/1986). But in my passport

I had given as 10/04/1987 (in my D.O.B certificate it has 10/04/1987) But I am following my D.O.B as per my School certificates from my Childhood. While taking Passport I had attached my D.O.B

certificate copy. So let me know what is the procedure to re surrender the passport or how to correct it. kindly do the needful.
