I can see a new status againts my application from last one day. The new status is "Application is pending for want of Police Report."

This is my 6th mail to you, but I have still not recieved any clear response.
Please let me know, It will take how many days and when will I get my passport?
Will police verification happen in my case as passport enquiry@Bikaji said, no verification is required in your case as per the previous status.
I know a case, where someone applied after me and got the passport.
Let me know a tentative date so that I can plan my travel acordingly.

1. My status is "Police verification has been waived and file is under process. Police verification has been waived and application is underway." The status is same from last 20 days. Will police verification happen in my case..?

Hi,
I am deeply distress with working procedure of passport office. I applied for a passport in Nov.2008. I submitted my application form in DPC's Madhubani, Bihar.I complain about this in DPG in JUlY 2009 (PUBLIC GRIEVIANCE) and with RPO Patna. But no any proper action taken through these offices. My file no given on receipt is Z351066-08, But when I complained about this delay in DPG, RPO PATNA communicate me with FILE NO Z351664-08.I have also check my status on website with this file no.
Now ten day's ago DPG Director send me a mail that my file no is wrong.
I am deeply totaly confused and distressed with these types of iresponsibble people working for citizen of India.
If you can help me in this issue, kindly help me

I am totaly dissatisfied by the way Bangalore Passport office is working ,
I had applied for the passport on May 3rd 2010 ,and till now i have recieved my Passport ,
The officials had told me,you will get your Passport within 45 working ,I don want to mention the working days now,
Since i wanted my Passport for an urgent requirement but because of the delay from the Passport office , i lost that opportunity of mine ,now tell me who is responsible for that ???????
can u give me back that opportunity ???? Please answer me this question!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could you please mention the reason for the delay in the delivery of the Passport .

My PASSPORT FILE NO. is LKOZ881291 which i had applied on 13/04/2010.
When i am checking my STATUS, its says "Police Report has not been received". But the police verification is already done as i personaly meet the guy who has came for the verification.
I have tried to find the facts and i found that my police report has been forwarded to Lucknow office on "7th July 2010" whose "PATRANK SANKHYA is 247".
In this case, will they consider my passport application or not ?
I just want to know that my passport application is under process or not ?
Please tell me what should i do? Should i hav to re-apply for my passport?

My name is ANJU SHANKAR with file no. W000262-10, I had posted my application for fresh passport on 28the July and the police verification report got cleared by 20th August,2010. Since then the online status of my application had been showing " Police Report is clear. Application is under process" till the month of January when i visited the (Public Relation Officer) on 13th Jan,2011( second time and first time i met PRO with hand written applicaiotn was on 7th Jan,2011). after the secong visit to PRO the status changed to " Passport will be ready on 19-01-2011 subject to all documents being in order. It will be dispatched by post on 20-01-2011". But this also changed to new status on 28th Jan,2011 that "Passport was promised for delivery by post on 19-01-2011. But It is not ready. Please meet concern Public Relation Officer." After checking this status I went to Delhi Passport office to meet the concered PRO sitting in the room no 11.

I am in total darkness about the status of my passport which was supposed to be ready within the month of january after a very long delay. I have visited the passport office thrice in the month of january, however nothing is happening in regards to my passport. I did ask the PRO if there is something i need to do or supply some document from my side then please let me know, but his reply was my file is pending.

I would like to request you to please take necessary actions and issue my passport as early as possible.

Looking forward to receive some help to know the status and issuance of my passport.
