I had submitted my passport application form on 5-Oct, 2011 at JalandharPassport office. After few 6 months of submission of application form, I checked my passport status passport office website and fount status as: "Police Report has not been received".then i confirmed the same from local Police verification they said passport department has not sent any report for verification.this is totally harasment.

I had submitted my passport application form on 26th,march 2012 at Thane Passport office. My police verification had been conducted and reports sent vide lett. No. 12135 on 26/04/2012.

I have tried tracking down the cause of Delay, have been running from pole to pole, with no hope...pls help me and let me know who and where is the office of the concerned person who will be responsible to initiate the Police verification. I have also gone to the local thana, Baranagar, but no luck with that too.

I request someone to help me and guide me so that I can actually trace and follow up with the happening.
