I changed my name on my PANCARD from 'Rajiv Singha' to 'Rajib Singha'. I also received the PANCARD with the same number (BRPPS3305B) with the changed name. The problem is, this name has not been updated in the ITD website and it still shows the previous name. Due to this reason, my bank account has not been activated and it has been more than two months.
