i applied for the pan card through an agent who took Rs. 400 on 16th of august
But my Pan Card hasn't reached my home yet.
At the site tin-nsdl.com i selected the pan card status it shows this message.

our PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 03-Sep-2011. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee not available'. The same will be re-dispatched shortly.

and i work at wipro and they want a company account which asks for a pan card or a photo identity which i have none of them
so now i don't have an account can't get my salary and most of my other works are on hold.
So plz help me as to by when in approx may b i might get my pan card.
