IS 047339527, PROCESSING FEE COUPON NO. As i have not received any communication from Chennai office as stated by Mumbai
office, i am forced to mail you again. This time i have marked a copy to the
Consumer Fourm (Consumer Court).

I am being helplessly waiting and spending time in sending mail. As stated before
its the mistake from your end (Details attached and subsequent mails here under) and
make sure that i receive the PAN CARD. I have also sent the written request to
Chennai Office on 8 Aug 2009, as stated by the Mumbai office through courier. The
details of the courier will be furnished to the legal section upon request.

It really shock to find a organisation said to be reputed do not even respond for
query and do not help its customer.
