I am Mohan,actually I had applied mine Pan Card before in 2009 and I couldn't receive it because of lack of computer knowledge I don come to know that mine Pan Number is Issued and dispatched before , so I want to know that now when I again applied for Pan Card now in 2011 then I come to know that for me the Pan Number is issued again so I had read that two Pan number on one citizen is offence, so I just only want to say that its not mine fault to have 2 Pan numbers due to ignorance its all happened or by their side its a fault that I haven't got my first Pan card. I am not found guilty if in future any harassment happen to me will be overlook by the Pan Card authority not by me.
