According to the NSDL website my PAN card was send on 09/September/2010 by spped post vide airway to my communication DRESS IN Qatar.The bill number is: EM057844137IN.
But so far I did not receive my PAN card.

Dear Sir,

The Courier services which are used by Pan Card Authority in Pune are very pathetic. I personally felt lot of problems and my friends and relatives are also facing the same. As it has made compulsory by every Governmental Offices to have Pan Card we have submitted our Form. They have couriered the PAN Card trough Overnight Courier on 25th August 2010, which is not yet been delivered to me and the Web tracking is shown Courier Delivered. And on top of that, the stupid fellow (Mobile No: 9372557337) asked us to come to the office of Overnight Express Ltd., to collect the document after one month, We are trying his number from last week and he didn't even bother to give us a single feedback and then SMS us that they had returned it back to the PAN Card office & don’t even bother to call on the number which has been printed on the envelope. Can you imagine that they are asking some one who is staying in Bhegadewadi to collect the PAN Card in Talegaon. How irritating.

If they don’t have service in any particular area they should have intimate the PAN Card authority. And even the PAN card authority is unknown about this. They also don’t check whether the courier has been delivered or not.

These courier people are cheating both PAN Card Authority and Applicant also. Better way the PAN Card Authority should ask people to come to their office and personally collect it from the office instead of wondering amongst this useless courier people and unnecessarily calling them. It will be easy for the applicant and for the authority also, so that they also don’t need to resend the courier again and again.

Kindly change the courier service Please.
