Dear sir,

This is udaiveer singh. I have been waiting for my pan card and still havnt recieved it.

It was dispatched by Express It Logistics Worldwide Ltd courier service. Their website says that it has been delivered on 16 april 2011 which is not true. I called the head office and it says that it has been received by some Mr. Dhirendra whereas there is no one with such name at my house.
I have been calling the Delhi office regularly for the past few months but no one picks up or it is always busy. I have also sent them many mails but never got a reply back.

This is Sreekanth Reddy. I have been waiting for my pan card and still havnt recieved it.

It was dispatched by Express It Logistics Worldwide Ltd courier service with way bill number 20072230625 on Nov. 30, 2011. Their website says that it has been undelivered because consignee not available, but it is impossible that i lock the door or i'm not available or address is wrong and nobody came to my house and updated the status as not available. I'm trying their customer care since one week but nobody lifting and disconnecting frequently. I have mailed also but now they are saying that PAN CARD has been returned to mumbai and contact income tax office.


I think Express It Logistics Worldwide Ltd is a bogus company and by giving false status and not delivering couriers, they are making the money. I think income tax dept. should look into it and give contract to a good company like DTDC or DHL or First Flight.

This is Prakash Sirvi. I have been waiting for my pan card and still havnt recieved it.

It was dispatched by Express It Logistics Worldwide Ltd courier service. Their website says that it has been delivered on Sepember 20th 2011 which is not true. I called the head office and it says that it has been received by self, but I have not received any Pan Card and there is no phone number or Cell number of the recipient mentioned in your website tracking record.
I have been calling the Customer Service Centre office regularly for the past few months but no one picks up or it is always busy, and I don't no Hyderabad Branch Office Phone Number to contact them directly. Kindly provide me the Hyderabad Branch Address and Phone Number to contact them directly and do the needful in the matter at the earliest.
