hello sir


i have appllied for PAN card and received the card,but with incorrect details,i mean the wrong date of birth printed on my card, I have applied for corrections, i have paid the amount for the necessary corrections and i also provided all the necessary supporting documents(enclosure) that are required for the corrections,I have received a new card with Corrected Date of birth, (my first problem is,why should i pay for the mistake which PAN department has done)

and while checking my form26AS on online,i found a mistake in the Name Of Assessee
and the name printed on my PAN card is correct. whereas the name in the records of form26AS is incorrect.

Please can you clarify one thing ,do I have to pay for the mistake what PAN department has done? once I have Applied for the Correction and now do i need to pay again for requesting the name change?Please kindly help me in getting my name field corrected.
