We applied for date of birth correction in PAN card for my mother, Where in it is returned back saying "UNDER PPC OBJECTION" & "NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA"

Kindly let me know how to proceed further. I have also submitted a letter which is shown below.

This is rejected with the comments "FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA". CHETTIAR is just the cast name which is not added with my Father's name in My Secondary school leaving certificate. Kindly issue my PAN card with the correct date of birth (5-June-1953) as given in My Secondary school leaving certificate as soon as possible.
