According to the Indian authorities, regardless of whose mistake it is, it's always your fault. Therefore, you must re-apply over and over until it is corrected. Good luck.

I had applied for changes in PAN Data on 23/06/2011. My acknowledgement No. is 055370100177416. After a few months when I enquired about it, I was told to apply again with the same acknowledgement No. I resubmitted my application on 02/11/2011. Whenever I check on the internet, it says the PAN card is under process. My efforts to track the same through the local office where I submitted my application did not yield any results. I am not getting any satisfactory reply from anywhere. These days for all the transactions PAN card is compulsory. I am in a fix. Please help me in getting my PAN card.

Surya Pratap Singh DOB-28-01-1999 ack NO 050910300656924 date 15 Mar 12

After that I have check on line it was showing that Representative address not given for minor........

I spoken to customer care Mumbai and Ii was advised to contact application collection centre than I have contacted to TIN FCID05091 Karvy data management service Sector 14 Gurgaon (Haryana).
I was told to fil lup the form again with father Sig and address/id proof.

On 05 April 12 I have again applied with all detail and address./ id proof but still neither progress is being shown on line nor I have received the cards.

As per the receiving, my documents were received by you on 29th March and after almost 1 month, I have been told today that my documents have been miss- placed somewhere by your department and I need to re-submit that again.
