Respected Sir,

I have sent the Name change application to change my name from Anuja
Taterh to Anuja Jain, and attached all relevant document like Marriage
certificate, PAN card copy, Bank account statement etc.., but my
status does not changed from 06-may till this date.

My PAN card number is : AHXPT5600R
My Acknowledgement number is : 881010202822400

This application is pending from 06-may with ITD, so I called up on
the helpline number and file the complain number (Complain number -
1770711), but still no action has been taken till this date.

After having so many calls with ITD, every time i was assured that I will get my pan card in 7 days, but it never happened.

Can I request to take it with PAN Card department and ask them to process the application ASAP.

Hello... Can some one please help me to get my pan card??
I applied via NSDL (online) and got a mail that they have verified the documents and all seems to be ok... and they have fwd it to Income Tax dept, my pan card is pending with them scince last 3 months now...
Is there any way to get it??

i got my pan no. when i checked it by itd. but still i did not get my pan card.
