Morning I received a Call from 022-32655807 no,i.e Express it office
Saying about location I had conformed than the courier delivery person gone to my adress and courier not delivered because i was in my office .my neighbor informed courier bearer that he is calling to my elder brother but he was returned and and PAN card returned with comment 'address not complete'.

This is very bad
No question of house being closed or no body at home, not possible at all, cause my father is a Heart patient and is always nursed by some or the other person.

When they can call on my mobile no. printed on letter, why they can't deliver it.

My complaint is, PAN card Office should not use such type of courier services,
Today they are calling customers to there office, tomorrow they will just through the parcel in dust bin and show as if it was delivered.

I was expected to receive my SBI card through Express it Courier. The AWB number was told me by the SBI Card office. I have enquired it in express it website and came to know that the delivery boy went to my home but nobody was found there. How ridiculous is that my whole family is living there and that irresponsible guy mentioned that nobody found in home. Really very irresponsible job. Agency like SBI should change their courier partner.

I havent seen any such worst response from the courier compny lke this .Have been following with their customer care and the manager for a quite long time and havent received the documents yet which are intended to me.The customer number provide is of no use and worst response provided to the calls when attended.

Sir I m viresh mittal from Bareilly . Expess it courier Bareilly branch is not delivering my PAN CARD. .In the begining they said they cant locate my address,and this too they answererd when i asked why they had not delivered for that i told them the prominent land mark of Bareilly near my place . after 2 3 days of this conversation they said that u have to come and collect it and that also too rudely and after this they didnt pick any of my calls ,Till the date i have not received my pancard.in the span of 20 days they have not delivered it .this act is really ridiculus AWb no my pancard is 2001956925

Asked why can't they deliver at the address printed, the answer I got was"Chahiye to office main aakar collect karo warna return bhej denge".

This is very rediculous answer

I HAVE TRACKED MY PAN CARD TRACKING THROUGH EXPRESSIT BUT TO MY SURPRISE air way bill No: 20071339654 THEY ARE MENTIONING THAT THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND PUT A COMMENT "DOOR LOCKED". IT IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE THAT THE DOOR NEVER LOCKED AND SOMEBODY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT MY HOUSE. THEY ALSO MENTIONED THAT MESSAGE LEFT. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY IT DEPARTMENT IS ENGAGING THIS SORT OF COURIER COMPANIES. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED TO CALL OR COME TO MY HOUSE. THIS IS VERY VERY UNACCEPTABLE. IT DEPARTMENT SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THIS OR CHANGE THE COURIER.

I Got information that You PAN Card has been dispached through Express IT courier Services and my AWM No is 20131138436, i have try all numbers of This courier service but no budy pick the phone.

once a customer care executive recived phone after holding line more the 15 minute, she replied me that courier will deliver after 6 days while its delivery date already passed.

Please help me to get my pan card, this is very important doc that is handled but such a lazy and non punctual courier company.
