This is Amit Sethi from Haryana and I applied for "Replacement of PAN Card" 2 years back because the earlier one was got damaged in my pocket. I paid required amount online using my credit card and sent all of the required documents through Courier even they received the same. But for last two years, I am still waiting for the my PAN Card. I dropped so many of complaint mails to them and everytime they promise to deliver it but nothing done. For your reference, My PAN Number is BCYPS1588Q
