This is with referance to my PAN card which has been wrongly issued through NSDL . There has been a printing error due to which my name on the PAN card appears twice i.e my father's name does not appear at all. So please do the needful by reissuing the PAN card . I had submitted all the documents correctly. Not a single mistake in any of the documents .Hence, I dont see any reason why I have to pay for some error that is not from my side.I've been facing a lot of problems because of the PAN card as it is the only photo id proof that I have so please help me as soon as possible . Hoping to receive a reply from you soon.

I loosed my pan card & i had reapplied for that on 30 mar 2010. But because of spelling mistake in my grand fathers name that application is rejected so i want to reapply my pan card with same pan number with correction in my grandfathers name like it had before.my pan number is asypd6191k.

So please do the needful by reissuing the PAN card . I had submitted all the documents correctly WITH CORRECTION FORM AGAIN ACK NO. 050680200780510 . Not a single mistake in any of the documents .Hence, I dont see any reason why I have to pay for some error that is not from my side.I've been facing a lot of problems because of the PAN card as it is the only photo id proof that I have so please help me as soon as possible .
