I applied on line for duplicate PAN card on behalf of my daughter
Ms. ( Kumari) Rashmi Satish Agarwal through NSDL as per acknowledgement Noi.881020201952096.
I summitted the application duly signed and Photograph. I also submitted the copy of the Income Tax Order showing Pan No. applied for along with the documents such as Birth Ceritificate, Copy of Ration Card,Bank Cerified Pass Book of State Bank of India and City Union Bank with Photograph and Signatures,Copy of SSC certificate showing the date of Birth and Father Name.College Record and application for Duplicate Voters Card.
I regret NSDL is not issuing the Duplicate PAN CARD, though the same is available of the site of Income Tax / Knowpan.
I fail to understand what other document is requres.
