Akash Enterprises-Refuses to Return Rs 5000 Advance I had placed order for two UPVC windows with Akash Enterprises and paid them the requested Rs. 5000 as advance. Subsequently they informed me that the windows cannot be fabricated as per my specification. But Akash Enterprises refuses to return my advance of Rs. 5000.
Both Akash Navalli (9972429104) and his father Ashok Navalli (9448067735) have either switched off their mobile phones or will not answer my calls. When contacted on their landline (080-26635282) their secretary takes messages but never returns the call or has any information regarding the return of the advance payment.

Dear Mr. Ravi Shankar,
Kindly forward your written complaint to the Akash Enterprises to refund the amount. Give them a time frame of maximum 15 days to give you refund in that time frame. Also mention that if they are not going to provide you the refund in that time period, you are going to file your complaint in Consumer Forum. Send your complaint through registered post. Hope you will get any solution by this process.

Thank you for your advice.
I decided to contact the parent company (Amon-Ra) in Mumbai. After several phone conversations with the Manager (Apoorva Baria) and Director (Ashok Rajgor) and their intervention in this matter, Akash Enterprises finally relented and decided to return the advance of Rs. 5000 after weeks of rebuffing me.
I would advice others to be careful when dealing with this company.
