i got a polar sheffield fan from saravana selvarathinam on 22-8-09. I got it for my new home .. We shifted on 29th only so i fixed it on30th . It didnt work at all. I called up saravana sevlvarathinam .. They said they cant help you should call the company service number only.. I called polar service centre on sunday.. It happened to be a holiday for the service centre. Then i called on monday to file a complaint {cd 45 is the complaint number}. They said they ll come that day. Till now noone came .. Every time i call her she telling tomo technician ll come .. Till now they didnt come .. I got that fan for 1700.. Got so fed up with irresponsible reply from the sevice centre.. Pl take neccessary action on them .. Expecting a good response from them and your service
