Dear sir,

I have placed an other for INTEX inflatable air bed (Double layered with base & matress - order# 426) on Shoppingmantra.com. But they delivered me a cheaper china made Air-U-Space 5-in-1 sofa bed. Pls do the needful to either get my product replaced with the one I brought or refund my money back.

Dear Customer,
When we spoken to you regarding this complaint then you said that you liked the product and still wish to keep the same. The product which we sent to you was having two chairs as a free gift thats why we sent that to you.
Kindly do not put this kind of feedback to mislead to the customers.
Still if you have any kind of problem related to the product then kindly contact us instead of putting open feedback, because public reading these feedbacks is not aware about the fact behind the scene
