    Dear Sir,

    Its been 2 weeks after I have received
    Defected Badminton Racket-completely bent fromnaaptol.com
    So many times I have Contacted to customer care, there response not good, Now I do not
    want to call the customer care as I am fed up
    I have also registered complaint with the customer care, but no response came
    so far,
    I want my product replaced

    As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

    We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    Yes , i had a telephonic conversation,

    First of all, I didn't asked for a refund but i want replacement,
    Secondly , in the conversation also , I said it is not possible for me to go to Blue Dart office as it is much far from my residence
    thats why I had chosen for home delivery, and i have no time available to go and manage time because of my Job timings

    Naaptol representative also said, that some person would come to collect the product from my place of residence

    If i have to bear so much uncomfort for a problem which is not mine, then what is the purpose of home delivery facility.

    So , Please arrange a person who would collect the product from my place of residence.

    Angry faulty phone, seems not genuine, no warranty card

    i bought a htc g1( order no. 3663228). the product looked very old. the accessories(charger, data cable) were not of this phone and are not genuine. some features of the phone were also not working. the haedphone is looking like china product. i even did not recieve a warranty card. i think i am victimized.. i am in big worry with this product.... i am ready to send back the faulty accessories for the replacemrnt of a newand genuine set of accessories.. if not possible then take back your product and give me refund.. i ordered it in the process of "" cash on delivery "" option.. in case of refund send someone at my home and give me my money ang take away the phone. i cannot send the phone alone as noe i dont have any faith on you people for a safe refund.

    Respected sir,
    I ordered big home - mini silai machine with thread set. From naaptol
    via naaptol website on cod basis. Silai machine was hand picked from
    blue dart courier services vadodara on 22th no april 2012 after
    payment of 1699/- Rupees.

    When I opened the silai machine then I saw that the product is
    defective . When I contacted the customer care then they told me we
    cant' help you, and they will not tack action on the my complaint
    after 30/04/2012. I will be lodging compliant with consumer court
    vadodara and legal case of mental torture by customer care executives.

    I have purchased a (HTC-G1)T-Mobile against Order ID-3830470,HTC-G1 3G Android Mobile April 17, 12Cash on Delivery (COD)7198.00Order Deliveredin 25th Apr 2012.But the product is defective & lookslike China Mobile.The CD is blank(user Manual).The Sidekick flap is not working,there is no Warrenty Card, no Invoice,Battery is not lasting more then 4-5 hours.Whether you use it or not.I am requesting the naaptol guys again & again but there was no response from yourside.What is this?We customers were dumb na?I have already requested to change my product because it is defective.I have even talked with your customer care representive, & that person told that " Sir please don't worry,within 48 hrs definitely you will get a call & after that you will resend the product & will get the new one".Hell its a matter of 4 days now.after that I have already wrote a grieveance letter to your CEO,there is no response.What I m a person who has no value at all or what?I have spent Rs. 7,195/- for this defective product.I have already wrote 2ice or 3ice about all the discrepencies,, but alas..there is no response.I am requesting you guys finally, please help me out & again don't do like this with valuable customers.Hoping to get the result soon.I am requesting to give a branded Nokia or Samsung phone of same cost & please change this product.Please let me know the procedure of return.yes i am not going to pay the courier charge again.So plz do it as soon as possible.

    Order No:- 3281736

    Sir/Madam
    I have purchase the HTC G1 Handset from Naptol on 23rd Feb. 2012. But the Set is Faulty. I Complaint the customer care 14 - 15 times. Every time they said that we send to mail on your e mail address. But their is no mail from Cumsomer care. Then i send the product on Naptol Godoun address on 26th April 2012 by Blue Dart Courier Service with courier no. 60126768435. and the charges 465 paid my my self. Without my permission they sent an another Piece of handset on my Present address. but i sent back the produce on Naptol Godoun address on 5 May 2012 by Blue Dart Courier Service with courier no. 60133224524.

    The Products Received on Godoun address.

    Your are requested not to insist me to take some hard steps as it may comes to the brand name. Therefore kindly provide the refund the total amount (7298)DD with the committed time frame.

    As discussed the summary of the product history with Naaptol is as follows :

    1) Purchase a 102 pcs tool kit on 5th April 2012, via order no : 3760117.

    2) Received the damaged packet on 17th April 2012.

    3)Spoked with the customer care, and been asked to dispose the old packet.

    4) Later been asked to return the packet, to there office.

    5) Product despatched on 27th April 2012.Blue Dart Courier.. consignment no : 13507503925.

    6)on 28th April it was delivered.

    7) On may 2nd it was told they have not received the goods.

    8) On 24th may it was told product received, requires 4 to 5 working day for refund.

    9)The product with JS associated warehouse, they are waiting for the product. Need another 4 to 5 days.

    10) On may 28th, its mentioned the product is still with naaptol ware house.

    11) No reply for 3 consequtive mail.

    12) In between made a online complaint having the complaint no :2778340. Spoked with Mr.Sanket Manjerkar.

    13) June 31st received sms from naaptol. goods delivered, thanks for shopping with naaptol.

    14) June 5th Mail from Mr.Singh, wait for few more days will get the refund.

    15) Customer care had only 1 answer wait for few more days. They cant pass the number of there seniors.

    Please make a clear statement, are you willing to refund or making fun of the public money.

    Mr.Ceo of Naaptol, would appreciate if you put your comments into it.

    Please let me know a clear picture, will i get the refund. If yes when. ( give a specific date), no 3 - 4 days story.

    or tell me you will not refund.

    Really feeling cheated by purchasing product from NAAPTOL.
