Dear sir,
i had bought a pair of new shoes from woodland, aero club,bhupindra road, opposite kaintal petrol pump, patiala(punjab), on 15-16 dec. 2010, for my daughter,at a price of rupees 3500/-. I had gifted that pair to her on her 14th birthday. In sept.2011 the shoe came off from above the sole, as it seems to be torn of due to the lower quality of leather used. I went to the shop owner and he demanded for the cash memo/bill, to which i couldnt provide.he gave me receipt after taking that pair. He told me that he will send my complaint with the same pair to the concerned authority but........he also said that without bill company sometimes doesnt refund the full/actual amount becaz the same pairs were also sold at discounted prices in other phases of the year. But he checked in his computer and told that the same pair had been sold at the same date as i had told to him. Now i request you; either get me my full refund...or.....i can buy another pair of the same price in exchange value. A month has passed, nothing resulted. Plz help.
