I have placed an order in yebhi.com on 10/12/2011. my order id is YBH898335. the order contains 3 pairs of sandals, and i paid the money thru net banking. among the 3 items, i got only one item,and one gift voucher of Rs 150, for one item.But in my account settings it is showing, the third item (k-007 in ybh898335) is dispatched on 16/12/2011, thru speed post.( traking no-EH306783984IN). the traking no shows the product is delivered in Assam. My address is in Kerala.They have entered the wrong traking no in my account or they may have wrongly sent it in somebody's address. i contacted their customer care many a times for this since 18/12/2011 thru phone and thru mail to their support and escalation team. till now there is no response from their side. It seems like, no one is bothered about customer values. (really emabrrassing).
so please help me out to get me compensation. please help me out now as i am mentally suffering or harassed.waiting for your positive response.
