Dear sir,
We have purchased a pair of double bed matresses of Cozy Coir One Star Make from M/s. Anand Foam Sales, Rohini, Delhi on 08.10.2011. There is a problem in both the matresses, for almost two months we are regularly complaining to dealer to get it checked & every time he say that somebody will definatly come on this thursday as company person visits to his shop only on thursday. After number of complaints & no response we are feeling cheated. You are requested to kindly suggest further course of action.
