Parryware customer care 
I registered a complaint to the customer care of parryware when my water tap was not working properly and they (parryware customer care) assured me to resolve the complaint within 48 hours but even after the 7 days of registration of my complaint ; it was left unresolved. Moreover, every time when I contacted them, they assured me to resolve the complaint which never happened actually ; also they had increased their tariff charges highly for contacted them only to keep the customer at bay but in a negative manner.

Tap attended by your executive still not working I have made complaint on tel no 18604255999 today in the morning that one tap is passing, I have given complaint no CSR24057 , your executive mr Sudesh and one more person visited my home at B3/ 1104 nandini aptt vesu surat gujrat pin code 395007 in the after noon at 13.30 hr and he has attended the same and given the reciept of Rs 150 and left home but as soon as it was checked by opening and closing the tap it was found passing and water is not stopping , We tried to search your executive but we could not trace him so I again called the same no 18604255999 at 14.15 Hr , i have been told that the complaint is open so they have given a mobile no 9426300122 , i have called the no , he told me that the person will be visiting shortly but no body turned till 16.00Hr so again called the same mobile no and taken your executive mobile no 9408680276 , as per him he will be visiting home in the evening but no body turned till 18.30Hr so again Mo no 9426300122 contacted as water is continuously leaking but as per him person will be visiting tomorrow morning .In last 4 hr my whole water tank got empty and my socity is pressurising me to attend this immediately . pl help.

Shower Panel, Dear Sir/Mdm
I Mr Saqndeep Gupte, residing at Thakur Complex, Western Express highway, Kandivli East, Mumbai:- 400101.
I purchased Shower Panel of Parryware in the month of September 2011, from one of your dealer from the same location mentioned above. It worked excellently till December, then the outlet selector valve started giving a trouble and one fine day in the month of December it stopped working and the shower panel was only working on spout, I could not be able to select any other function. I logged a complaint with the dealer, your technician came and inspected the unit. He further informed me that this is broken from inside and can not be covered under warranty which is actually was not acceptable to me because it was not tampered or damaged from out side but I said forget it since I wanted to start the unit. I asked for the quotation he to0ld me Rs. 4000/- for that selector. the entire unit is costing Rs. 8500/- and for only that part is costing me 4000/- which is not at all acceptable. first of all I purchased this make because of the brand name otherwise the Chinese make is available in the half of the cost with more features and this is the result of it that your unit is nonfunctional from December 2011 and your unit is just a dead monument in my house which I regret every day when i take a bath.
I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter or you will force me to go for a Chinese product which is available in your repair cost with more features.

we are puchase more sanitaries of parryware between 15th to 19th april 2012 in that one is single pc.camote worth Rs 12999/-.we install single pcs camote but Ur single seat is not properly work because when we start flush the water is store in camote but when we push the water in camote through balti no water is store in camote.we give this complain to ur dealer M/s S.S.Trading Co Deokali Faizabad,U.P. he ask me my complaint is send to co.on 5th may 12,but no response after one week we registered my complaint again ur Toll free number 18604255999 on 11th june 12 complain no. CPA/25001 but till to day no response given by ur side we are not use above camote till today
u are requested please take the matter properly

i logged a complaint that my flush tank was not working properly.on filing complaint to customer care the technician though came as if we were lucky.....i dont know but he was too rude as if he is the only intelligent person on earth and still now my tank is not working properly.so i request you to send a nice and a good technician to my house.

Health Faucet Hi,
I had bought a health faucet within 2 months the handle broke, then again i bought another one and it broke from the same place within 2.5 months. We have wasted Rs. 650+650 twice. I mean is this Parryware goods. Disgusting & pretty disappointed with the kind of service Parryware gives. Quite Amused. You say the that we have 6 months warranty, then please come & change it. We have called several times & no one responded at all. This is your way to treat the customers?
Selling bad products & then no replacement for it. I will ensure to escalate this complaint even in the higher authorities. Kindly take action.

Regarding Complaint of Tap for 1/2 inch I have Purchased 1 Tap sumetime in November 2011 from M.P. Nagar Bhopal ( Madhya Pradesh). The Tap was found defective and not working kindly got it repair or replace.

Defective New Ruby-Wall Mixer 2 in 1 bathroom fitting supplied by southern enterprises, Chennai 10 I was purchased several Parryware bathroom fittings on 02.05.2012 from southern enterprises,New No.303(Old No.194), Poonamallee high Road, Kilpauk, (Near KAPICO Maruti), Chennai 600 010. The new ruby wall mixer 2 in 1 supplied by Southern Enterprises is defective and the same was accepted by your technician one Ramesh on 28.05.2012 and assured me to replace the defective into new one. I already lodged a complaint in your customer care center in complaint No.CCH 25865 and the same was not attended till date. In the meanwhile, several times I contacted your customer care and manager Mr. Sasi kumar through phone but all my efforts were ended in vain. This defective material affected my family to use the bathroom for the past 3 to 4 weeks. Therefore, I request you to act upon my complaint CCH 25865 forthwith. Otherwise I have no other option except to approach the appropriate forum/authorities for civil and criminal action in this regard. In reality, customer care center was not helpful to rectify the defective material manufactured by Parryware material and evasive in their words. Expecting immediate action.

Poor workmanship & supervision by plumber I have purchased Parryware toilet sheet & fittings from J.B.Sells M.P.Nagar Bhopal on dated 07.06.2012. & One plumber of your company Mr.Raju was engaged for fitting of these items. But the plumber Mr.Raju has worked substandard & didn't complete fitting work. My expenditure is gone to Rs.2000/ wastage because poor workmanship & lake of supervision by plumber. After that plumber has demanded more money & his behavior is also very worst. Kindly look into the matter & never recommend this plumber to any other customer.

Non availability of spare parts or service The CARDIFF comode and cistern installed in one of our toilets, was not working properly and water was leaking. Being an engineer myself I examined the flushing mechanism and found the hinge of the float valve is brocken. When I tried to get a spare part the dealer from whom I purchased the fitting informed no spare part is available instead I will have to purchase the entire flushing mechanism costing Rs. 1300/= or I may have to replace the entire Comode and cistern including the internal mechanism.
Besides, all the other fittings we installed are working unsatisfactorily. The local service providers are not prompt at all to attend the complain and are not adequately competant.
This is a very much anti-consumer attitude by Parryware.
I think we should take it up in the face-book or similar social networking to make common public aware of this unfair practice.

Parryware Service Hi,
I am Maninudi, living in Srinagar colony Saidapet, Chennai. Toilet flash was not working, I registered a complaint a month back. the person came visited and told without inspecting the toilet basin that, Parryware won't support this model and no spare parts, so you have to change the whole kit. I was shocked to hear this kind of answer from a parryware service person. I again registered the complaint on the same. Again they send the same person this time he changed the spare parts. But again it was not working after few days. Again I gave a complaint, but the person come did something it was not working after few days. Finally after so many complaints the person came again today and changed the spare part. Parryware after sales service is very very poor. The Service person attitude is also not good. The person is asking money everytime of visit. Also every time they change the spare part he is asking for money for the parts and service charges, The fault is not with us, the person from Parryware haven't did his job properly for that do we need to be punished by paying extra money?
I hope Parryware management will lookinto this issue seriously.

Complaint No CPK 31007 I want to know about the payment to be made for attending to the complaint mentioned above.
I have made the payment to the plumber but he has not issued the receipt for the same.
Was he not supposed to issue the receipt for the same?
Also please let me know how much amount is to be paid for attending to the complaint?

Sir,
I have purchased one Europen Closet (parryware) on 07.02.2013 from Classic Sanitaryware, Tana, Irinjalakuda, Trichur Dist. vide their Bill No. 2964 dtd.07.02.13 and the same was found broken while opened the cover from our end at our residence. We returned the same on the same day to Classic Sanitaryware they refused to accept and replacement for the same. We kept the closet in Classic Sanitaryware for the replacement as this is not our fault.
The attitude of this supplier is very poor as a customer and we want to installed this closet before house warming not after one or two months . We hope Parryware will look this matter very seriously and assure that you will replace the same immediately .
