    I registered a complaint to the customer care of parryware when my water tap was not working properly and they (parryware customer care) assured me to resolve the complaint within 48 hours but even after the 7 days of registration of my complaint ; it was left unresolved. Moreover, every time when I contacted them, they assured me to resolve the complaint which never happened actually ; also they had increased their tariff charges highly for contacted them only to keep the customer at bay but in a negative manner.

    Default Tap attended by your executive still not working

    I have made complaint on tel no 18604255999 today in the morning that one tap is passing, I have given complaint no CSR24057 , your executive mr Sudesh and one more person visited my home at B3/ 1104 nandini aptt vesu surat gujrat pin code 395007 in the after noon at 13.30 hr and he has attended the same and given the reciept of Rs 150 and left home but as soon as it was checked by opening and closing the tap it was found passing and water is not stopping , We tried to search your executive but we could not trace him so I again called the same no 18604255999 at 14.15 Hr , i have been told that the complaint is open so they have given a mobile no 9426300122 , i have called the no , he told me that the person will be visiting shortly but no body turned till 16.00Hr so again called the same mobile no and taken your executive mobile no 9408680276 , as per him he will be visiting home in the evening but no body turned till 18.30Hr so again Mo no 9426300122 contacted as water is continuously leaking but as per him person will be visiting tomorrow morning .In last 4 hr my whole water tank got empty and my socity is pressurising me to attend this immediately . pl help.

    Angry Shower Panel,

    Dear Sir/Mdm

    I Mr Saqndeep Gupte, residing at Thakur Complex, Western Express highway, Kandivli East, Mumbai:- 400101.

    I purchased Shower Panel of Parryware in the month of September 2011, from one of your dealer from the same location mentioned above. It worked excellently till December, then the outlet selector valve started giving a trouble and one fine day in the month of December it stopped working and the shower panel was only working on spout, I could not be able to select any other function. I logged a complaint with the dealer, your technician came and inspected the unit. He further informed me that this is broken from inside and can not be covered under warranty which is actually was not acceptable to me because it was not tampered or damaged from out side but I said forget it since I wanted to start the unit. I asked for the quotation he to0ld me Rs. 4000/- for that selector. the entire unit is costing Rs. 8500/- and for only that part is costing me 4000/- which is not at all acceptable. first of all I purchased this make because of the brand name otherwise the Chinese make is available in the half of the cost with more features and this is the result of it that your unit is nonfunctional from December 2011 and your unit is just a dead monument in my house which I regret every day when i take a bath.

    I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter or you will force me to go for a Chinese product which is available in your repair cost with more features.

    dear Sir
    we are puchase more sanitaries of parryware between 15th to 19th april 2012 in that one is single pc.camote worth Rs 12999/-.we install single pcs camote but Ur single seat is not properly work because when we start flush the water is store in camote but when we push the water in camote through balti no water is store in camote.we give this complain to ur dealer M/s S.S.Trading Co Deokali Faizabad,U.P. he ask me my complaint is send to co.on 5th may 12,but no response after one week we registered my complaint again ur Toll free number 18604255999 on 11th june 12 complain no. CPA/25001 but till to day no response given by ur side we are not use above camote till today
    u are requested please take the matter properly
