I wasnt surprised when i was charged a Rs. 239 for a Head & Shoulder Shampoo, that carries an MRP of Rs.224, a staggering Rs. 15 extra and that too by cheating the consumer and the manufacturer,it sure does make one Mr. Biyani additionally rich as we pay it ever now and then, i want to bring him to consumer court return my Rs. 15 and apologise to one and all and beg rather than steal from our pockets
