Dear Sir,
Please help me. I have ordered a product on Babyoye.com, it was Cash On delivery. They shipped a wrong product and I came to know when I paid for It and unpacked the product. I informed them about it on same day. Also, I sent the picture of the product on same day as they asked about it. Now, they are not doinng anything on this. I talked to Alwin, Rosh, Navin and Simran on 1800 209 2229 but no updates till date.
Other details are attached.
