Respected Sir,

It is respectfully submitted that I myself Mr. Sohan Verma. I am studying at Mac Institute, Sector-5 Panchkula and presently I am leaving in paying guest at House No. 683, Ground Floor, Sector-7, Panchkula (Haryana) Pincode -134109 as a sub tenant from october 6 2011. I have deposited a sum of Rs.2000/- as security to the Mrs. Shakuntla. And at the time of giving security she told me that the security will be refunded to me when i leave the room when i will said to her in 15 days advance. Now I have got the transfer from panchkula to Delhi/Pune.

And i have already told me that i will leave the room after 15 days. And now she said to me that she will not give me the security money back or neither adjusted in next 12 to 15 days. as per the above mentioned i am student not the self employed person to bear this loss of Rs.2000/- I am also not the financially strong.

This will be not only done this time she has done it with many other subtenants like me. For your kind information the paying guest running by her is illegal (not the registered with municiple corporation). So kindly sort out my problem as soon as possible and take the neccssary action.
