Dear Sir,

I have booked so many orders from Star CJ and i got the good services. This time i thought that i must go for big purchases with the online payment so i have booked the following order:

Date of Booking the order: 23.10.2011
Amount of the Product: 28990/-
Product : Dell Laptop

I have made the payment on the same day but till date i have not received the product. And response from the customer care founds very poor as each and every time my phone puts on hold for long time. Once i have talked to them for 28 mins 35 secs that too without solution.

Till yesterday afternoon, it was being told to me that product will be delivered to you on next day, after being followed to them from last 4 days i have received this answer on each and every day.

But suddenly yesterday in the evening, Star CJ customer care told me that it will be delivered to you in next 5 working days. Which seems rediculous.

When i called the customer care, Mr. Aman Dutta (Executive) has informed me that seniors will call me in next one hour and you can take the product from our warehouse but after two hours when i called them they have refused that they have committed like this and when i told them to transfer the call to their seniors they refused.

I am afraid of my other product as well which amounts to Rs. 19990/- and due date of delivery will be 7th Nov 2011.

Please assist me to get these products.
