Eureka water filter Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to lodge a complaint againt M/s. EUREKA FORBES LIMITED, regarding not attending the filter which is not working properly.

But I have planned to send this eureka filter to your Boss as a Diwali Gift. After purchase of 3 months your filter got jammed and no body is ready to give service.
Complaint No : 85643959
Your sales person has collected Rs. 1500/- cash, from me as advance for fixing filter in my residence and till date both Mr. Byra Reddy (9632512843) / Devraj(9019127679).
The above said EUREKA FORBES Sales person has taken cash from me Rs. 1500/- in advance for fixing filter in my residence and till date they have not done the same.
So kindly let me know the procedure for how to punish the person, and not responding to my call, my time value.
