    Sir/Ma'm,

    We placed an order on December 12, 2011 for Reebok lite shoes under order no. 20111212024555 and docket no. 6269179943. we have received the merchandise today, however, the shoes thy have send are of same foot, right foot. they have promised to replace them, however, i don't think they would, as they promised to call us within 2 hours and have not yet called back. also we have seen so many complaints that have not been resolved. we would request you to please help us in getting Rs. 2299 back as soon as possible. we will be waiting for your reply.

    This is to complaint about star CJ Alive as i bought one Micowave with order no. 20111026026193, and they have delivered me the defective item which is not working , very next day i called them to exchange it , but it is more than a month no body reply me for that, and no senior person come on line to talk to me , Kindly help me and other to teach them a good lesson for future

    Today I have received ONIDA 23 Liter cooking microwave oven and four free gift under order no. 20111218024260 docket no. 126567246 dated 18/12/2011 bill no. 201112180210 out of four gift, one is Glen Mini Chopper Item Code 1048522011 GL 4043 Size code:100/SKU is complitely out of order so please arrange to change or repair it, and is there any demo procedure for ONIDA Microwave Oven.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I placed an orderNo. 2011-11-11-022098 dt 11th Nov 2011 for Rs 2774/-at StrCJ .com.
    The above mentioned order comprised of two items (1) Easy mop orange for Rs 1475/- & (2)Ashmita pack of 3 kurtas for Rs 1299/-. The order was made and paid for thru netbanking. On 23rd Nov Courrier service GATI delivered the Easy Mop vide Docket no 126908483. The docket has only one package mentioned. The pack of 3 Kurtis was not delivered at all. I spoke to Gati 15 mins after receiving the package since the invoice No 201111131237 had both the items mentioned. They confirmed that only 1 packet was handed over to them. I immediately registered this at Starcj Delhi. I was told that they will look into the matter and I will receive the item. On the 24th, 25th, 26th and today 28th they are still giving me the same answer. "You need not worry, we are looking into the matter". 'My Account' in you website shows that the transaction is complete, which is not true. I brought this also to the notice of the customer support. They assured that it does not matter and since I have registerd a complaint I need not worry.

    Today since I did not get any help from Delhi I called up Bombay and I am very disappointed to say that there also I did not get any help. The seniors/superiors do not want to come on line it seems. Even though it was a long distance call , I had to call three times today to Mumbai. Each time I was put on hold for at least 20 mins and no senior came on line. I spoke to Ms Pooja, Mr Isaac & Mr Srikanth. Mr Srikanth told me that as per your record the item has been delivered on 23rd itself.
    Subsequently I sent mails on 30th Nov, 11th & 22nd Dec. They say they will not reply to mails received on response@starcj.combecause it s meant only for feedback purposes and not for complaints. I was told by one Mr Rizhwan that refund process had already been initiated. Till date i have not received the money.
    Meanwhile I have spent at least more than Rs 700/- calling their Bombay, (because their Delhi office is still worse) office several times and the latest information I got on 29th Dec is that when the pack of kurtis is returned by courier they will initiate process for refund of money.
    I ahve already paid the money on 11th Nov, not recd the item and being punished for the fraud/mistake committed by their employee.
    From consumer court website I learn that this Co has cheated many people and does not bother to redress complaints and is continuing to do so.
    I have also observed that if you order thru Cash On Delivery, then the company not only ships the item promptly, but also without any hassles. This proves beyond doubt that their intentions towards consumers like me who trust them and make payments in advance, is nefarious and they cheat them by swindling the payments. This Company has no right to do further business.
    Please guide me as to how we can put a final stop to their continued cheating of vulnerable customers and how to recover my hard earned money of Rs1299/ + call charges+compensation for mental torture.
    I intend taking legal action against them.
    I request all people who suffer to complain and share their experiences to make the case more strong, though I have got enough material for forums.I have spoken to 3 other affected people also.

    hello,this is narendra kumar , my complaint is about star cj back hand team , they are advertising about ghanti baji to lottry lagi , in which they call to costumer and ask a question if you make right answer then they offer a gift to consumer free of cost i was recieved a call from star cj they ask me about formula race , i answered accuratly budhha circuit race , they told me it was correct and they will gave me a laptop , this call is on 16 january 2012 at 7:38 pm . if you company will gone to record of call then we know easily , but they said me they will call in 15 minute to send my gift but they cheated me , i want to accept them on national television they are cheated like that there was not any gift offer like that either they will send me a laptop my number is 8130650369

    Complaint against partial receipt of ordered item against full payment.

    I have booked an item having code No. 104789 ( Welspun comforter-Red Beige) &104792 (Welspun comforter-pink yellow) vide order N0. 20111121011754 dated 21/11/2011 through my registeredmobile phone .The above items were dispatched by your company on 24th Nov’11 vide invoice No. 201111241072 through GATI ( courier service) & delivered to myresidence on 1/12/11. The courier person who deliver the abovementioned items did not allow me to open the packet before making the completepayment i.e. Rs 2750/-. I wassurprised after opening the packet, it was noticed that item code 104792 (Welspun comforter-pink yellow)was missing from the packet what I had received, whereas the payment was takenfor the same. I immediately called your booking centre No. 44074407 & lodged the complain. The person who received thecall replied me that your said item hadbeen left in the store by mistake & the same will be deliverd to yourresidence in 10 working days. From11th Dec’11 onwards I had called at least 50-60 times in your company phone No. & every time I waspromised on phone that the short item will be received in 24 hrs. In themeantime I received a call from Mr.Prasant Singh, calling himself as head of customer care from Delhi, confirming me that your short item hasalready been dispatched, you will receive it in next 2 days, but still I amwaiting after more than 30 working days. Since01/12/2011, I have received 3 callsfrom your Mumbai Head office &every caller gave me a assurance that your complain has already registered& the sort item will be delivered you within 24 hr. After more than 40 days of nonreceipt of my items for which I had already paid full amount, I have no otheroption but to take legal action against your company for cheating &mentally harassing me for more than 30 days. I will waitfor 15 days for your prompt reply before moving to hon’able consumer court for recovery of my money along with penalty onyour company.

    I had ordered Sia Deepshika collection on 8th Jan 2012, order no. 20120107029184. I got an sms on the same day to keep cash ready when the delivery comes NO CHEQUE PAYMENT…..I got the product delivered on 10th Jan afternoon but it was a damaged piece a totally damaged piece. Please note the day – it was Sunday and when I call them for replacement they give false promises and if a Sunday comes they say they don’t work on Sunday then how they accepted my order on Sunday!!!
    When placing the order I was told that the jewelery sets will be in different gift boxes so that I can gift it to someone. When I got the product first of all it was damaged and secondly in was in those plastic boxes which u get on road side for 5 rupees. I was very much disappointed with this.
    From 10th Jan 2012 till today 28th Jan 2012 I am constantly speaking to different people from star cj each day I m making several calls. They keep me on hold for 15-20 minutes each time when I tell them I want to talk to their supervisors and after holding the line it suddenly gets disconnected from there end. In a day I am making 5-7 calls. I am also mentioning the name of the senior supervisors whom I spoke--- 1) Prabhat 2) Husefa 3) Ayub Khan 4) Rovin and they just give false assurance that the product will be delivered within next 48 hrs or u will get a call within 30 mins after u finish our call, either of it doesn’t happen. Sometimes the junior level executive says that one of the supervisor has off, 2nd supervisors duty is in evening when I call in evening they say not available, give me end number of reasons. They even gave me a no, saying that it is from Thane and u can speak to some person named Deepak, but that call never gets connected. It does not even ring, it is a fraud company, When I called up 44074407 and asked them the address of thane office, they are not ready to give me that info. This entire scenario clearly indicates that this is a fraud company.
    After reading the threads I could see several complaints against star cj.
    I request the consumer complaint authority to look into this matter urgently and help me to get back my money. Also star cj has to compensate me with all the mental stress I had to go thru and my telephone bill charges.

    I ordered Bajaj food processor fx11 on 31january 2012. my order no. is 030744. I got my product on time but my free gift hasn't arrived till date. They said there are different policies when u place the order from internet. i request u to please see my problem and take decision on.

    Default STAR CJ Fraud Pymt Rs 7996 Not Refnd 11 Weeks Pas



    Dear Sir,

    I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Laundry Power hanger (Order No. 2011-11-15-019945) on Nov 15 2011 and payment made thru net banking. After 5 days Gati Courier brought one box containing one piece of hanger and a printout saying Qty. 4 Nos. and total payment of Rs. 7996/- @ Rs 1999/- per piece. I returned the box unopened to starcj as Qty supplied was one against the courier document said 4 Pcs and payment of Rs 7996/-.The box was received as it is by Star CJ gurgaon by (Mr. Bhajan) on Nov. 26 vide Gati Docket No. 110499348)

    I immediately called up 011 & 022 3355 5533 and informed about the error on their part and told them to refund the money. I was told it will be resolved within two days but nobody called and rest of story is as follows in brief:-

    1. Made almost 25 calls of 15 Mins. each in Nov, December, Jan & Feb. 2012 with a gap of 4-6 days. --- to refund the money but complaints are only registered and forwarded which probably go to some dustbin. You never gat a call back. The operators are not highly trained and instructed not to get any senior or give their phone nos. nor do the other departments ever come on line.
    2. Mailed complaint at response@starcj.com on Dec 12, Jan 19 and several reminders ---No Reply received. Wrote in Q & A section of my StarCj Account –No Reply ever received.
    3. A full fledged Fraud/Nexus is operating between employees to ward off complaints and do not commit anything. Every time you call, explain from start, waste 15-20 Mins. They will only tell it will be resolved within 72 Hrs, 6-8 days etc. You again call same story is repeated and there is a new call center operator with no solution. There is no reference or reply on earlier complaints.
    4. 11 Weeks have passed but no refund/reply not given (Till Feb. 8, 2012) as the operators are trained to keep customers at bay by giving false pretext of one or another like,its under process, its at advanced stage, concerned department is working etc. and lastly after so much deliberations I got a call on Jan 10 that my refund is in process and definitely your account will be credited by Jan 17 2012.When nothing got credited I called up again the same story is repeated that its under process. By jan end after getting angry with the operators through several calls I am told that we have to check the where house and than we will do something. Its endless lies these people keep on telling.
    5. It is a well organized internet fraud operation headed by Paritosh Joshi and a tem of crooks. I am posting this on all consumer websites and handing all papers to local consumer court including star network head and their associate in Korea to shut down this fraud operating in India.
    6. Through this message I and requesting all readers not to purchase anything from starcj, whatever allurement they give to you. Almost 2000 employees/Families of the company in which I work have decided not to even see this channel and word is spreading fast to all associated companies, vendors, suppliers and corporate heads.

    I had booked a order on 25.11.2011 (Order no. 20111125021540) for I
    think Ambika Sarees and promised to get the delivery within 10 working
    days i.e. 09.12.2011.
    I called on around 7th or 8th December and your customer care
    executive told me that order will be delivered within next 5 working
    days but all goes to waste as didn't received till 16th Dec.
    I called on 17th Dec. to complaint about not receiving the delivery
    and again your customer care executive told me that I will receive the
    delivery till 20th Dec.
    But again all goes to waste.
    I called on the night of 21.12.2011 for 3-4 times to ask about my
    order but every time put on hold for more than 15 minutes.
    On 21st Dec I called in the morning and cancelled the order I placed.
    I just want to tell that this is my worst experience with STARCJ.
    I never come back to starcj for any product in future, pathetic
    services starcj offer to the customers.
    I want my money back as soon as possible as I made the payment by
    credit card and my bank has already charged it in the bill.

    I think you people are deaf and dumb. It is almost one month when I
    cancelled my order and till date you have not refunded my money back.
    Even you don't replied to my email. This is just frustrating as I have
    already made my credit card payment and got another bill with one more
    installment of my cancelled order.
    Star CJ Alive is not only have pathetic services also have the worst
    online shopping site I have ever seen.

    i have a omplain regarding my laptop from satr cj.and they are telling me the same thing as ther were telling you. i want to know,i have aready done their complaint to consumer court.would they revert you after your complaint.

    I have placed a octave 4 set Tshirt order on 6th of December 2011 from online credit card payment but I have not received any kind of delivery till 6th of January 2012 after that I have canceled my order but now after 3 months later I have not received my payment but my credit card charge me all three EMI's. I have called 100 or more time to star CJ customer care but no sufficient reply from their side. Now please tell me what can i do. I will file a case against star cj in the consumer court.

    Angry order not recieved even after payment

    I had ordered a ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE on 14 MAR 2012 and made payment through HDFC credit card of Rs.4999.00 & now today is 30 MAR and I still not recieve any call or confirmation about the delivery of my product.Whenever I call them they said that you will recieve a call from courier office within 48 or 24 hours.
    But no call has come till now..................
    My order no. is 20120312032017
    I want my product or my fund back as soon as possible.
    I also suggest everyone not to deal with STAR CJ, in my opinion it is the worst company in INDIA.

    I have purchased an jewellry of SIA from STAR CJ ALIVE of rupees 3000(approx).I placed my order on 23.02.2012 and i recevied on 24.02.2012 in damaged and very bad condition.STAR CJ claims that what they are showing on television the same will be delivered to the customer,but it was not like that.On same day we called them and complained about the product,they confirm that they will refund the amount within 48 hrs.But since two months we are waiting for our refund.Nither they have pickedup their product nor responding on call.So i personly feeling cheated by the STAR Company.It seems like they have started this program to cheat the comman people. So i m going to complain in consumer court to teach them a good lesson.I would request all the people those who r purchasing from STAR CJ ALIVE, stop purchasing their pruduct and give them better lesson to these cheaters.
