Hi,

I bought a pair of spectacles form # 944 ,Shivalik Opticals ,Manimajra ,a local shopkeeper near Panchkula ,Chandigarh. By trusting that person i paid in advance Rs 1600/-for the spectacles (frame and glasses both ) of number 9.5 , but when i received the spectacles the glasses was totally damaged and blurred, when i complaint to shopkeeper he was misbehaving and said that i damaged those which is not possible as per my understanding the coating on glasses is not done properly .Its a big eyesight number I can not take a risk to play with my spectacles .

Now its is more than one month the shopkeeper is not entertaining my complaint. On insisting even for bill , the shopkeeper refused and insulted us.


So we would like to lodge a complaint against this shopkeeper, for not providing the proper service and bill as per the Government Law and being very rude to us.

There are many shopkeepers in dehradun who sells products more than of its mrp, when you argue with them they misbehave and refuse to sell anything to you. and the worse is that they will threat you as well.

I wish to complaint against Mr kamlesh who runs a modular kitchen shop in ghansoli.In month of april 2012 i had given him a contract of making modular kitchen in koparkhairane.This guy charged us 30k above for the same.

The fittings of drawers and loose he has not fitted them properly and apart from these within two months only the wood is falling down due to not fixing it and pasting it properly. My kitchen is looking worst with all drawewrs removing and falling down and drawesr of modulars are not even closing properly. It seems my money has gone in water .From last two months my husband Mr kandhari and myself Mrs kandhari are calling him for the pathetic service.

But this is what unprofeesional attitude the guy even came to my place and saw the condition and promised to repair it from his carpenter. But after that that liar is not picking our call and is busy in navratri and when after calling from different cell no finally he picked up unknown no call and started abusing my wife. And he doesnt have sense to talk and is not ready to come for repair.

I dont understand y we cheat people and their hard earned money.He is not a bussiness man illiterate guy who dsnt knw hw to work and speak.

Im very upset with this kamlesh.

Horrible store with worst customer experience ever. As soon as I walked into the store the lady managing the store asked my daughter not touch any toy. She could not touch water bottles, toys, of course no books and when she wanted on the kid chair she was denied that too. What kind of child store denies children from touching things. They are not offering anything exclusive anyway, why the drama, not sure. When I objected, she said don't tell me, tell sir, he does not like it. So in essence I should first find sir, talk to him, then get a permission to enter the store!!

I bought one tata-photon-plus from CHOUDARY ENTERPRISE (GURHATI-MORADABAD. UP) however at the time of selling their product they said that you dont need to pay any amount as the first month charge as its free for 30 days and included in hardware cost (1300). After four days i suddenly checked on net that my bill is getting added as per my usage.

I went and spoke with the shopkeeper "CHOUDARY ENTERPRISE"..They totally denied this and started using abuse slang. I also discussed with the shop owner but no use...they all know that he had told me wrong things while selling their products...

NEED YOUR HELP to stop this wrong selling strategies......

As I took SIM card from vender, but it has not been starting since last 15 days.
I gave him a reference number which was discontinued after 2 days but when I gave them new mobile number
As reference number which is valid number. Still vender is not able to start my mobile number.
I don't know what happened with my identity card xerox and my photo that I gave it to vender.
Vender could miss use them against my identity. As I asked him if u are not able to start my mobile number,
Then atleast return back my identity so that I will go for another card. But vender is not replying over that.
What should I do regarding that.

Some shopekeeper are selling some product on more than MRP rates in tri nagar area near street no. 12

Why we need to give extra 1 or 2 rupee to shopkeeper for recharge card.
