i used my axis bank debit card to purchase a mobile at moble store in ahmadabad. when card was swappad there occured an error & my amount of Rs 7400/- got deducted from my account without entering password. but that amount was not credited in mobile shop account. I also called cusromer care & visited axis bank but they didnot resolve my problem.
Now how can i get my money bank?

I am Senthil kumar M one of your credit card holder,today (17.03.2012) i have received my axis bank credit card(CC No:5241780001206726).The name entered on my card was wrong ,instead of Senthil Kumar M my name is printed as Senthil Kumar K on the card.So i request you that kindly make the changes as required.
