Dear Sir,

I bought the black woodland footwear from AERO CLUB Woodland Store, The Great India Place, Shop No. 04, Ground Floor, Sector 38-A, Noida at the price of Rs.4995/- on 01/10/10.
After wearing only one day, the polish on the heal removed from it.
I complain to the shop,they again polished it and return me the shoes after 2 weeks and after wearing only one day, i faced the same problem.
Then they sent it to the main warehouse where and after three months i.e. on 08/01/11, they again polished the shoes and given me the same shoes without taking any step.

I am totally disappointed and I want my money back.

Please help me and give me the guidance that what steps should I take for money back.

I have the slip of purchase and compliant too.
