Complaints against Food Bazaar, Salkia

    Default Complaints against Food Bazaar, Salkia

    I would like to know whether any remedy available to me against non-redemption of monthly coupans of Flour and Sugar (for 12 months) issued by Food Bazaar, Salkia on purchases made by me, by applying additional verbal conditions, whereas such conditions were not imposed during last eight months. In the ninth month, while purchases made for required amount, they told that coupans could not be redeemed on items having special offer price.

    I want to know whether I can file a case in Consumer Court against Food Bazaar, Salkia in the above matter and if yes, what is the procedure?

    Default BigBazar Billing

    Yesterday (18/03/10) i visited Big Bazar pune and purchased some food products along with some cosmetics. We payed the bill and after coming home when i cross checked the price with each components i found a huge difference in one product.

    Actual rate of 500g green peace (Wattana Green) was 16 Rs and they have billed it 449 Rs..... The difference is 433 Rs.... Then i went back and when talked with customer support and got my money refunded. The customer support guy behaved like he was waiting for the customers with this complaint. He spoke very politely and said so many sorry and all....

    After returning from there i realized the fact. They might have purposefully put a huge price and the customer who cross checks the bill and comes with complaint will be refunded.

    They also know that 70% of the customers doesnt cross check the bill especially when they are doing monthly purchase. There will more 50 items and who will try for a cross check. What i feel personally is they are doing it regularly and cheating the customers......

    Now onwards i will never buy from Big Bazars or malls and even if i have to i will cross check the bills.....

    Default Bought Corn flakes of Tasty treat from Big Bazaar which tasted like made from wheat

    Even I have suffered billing issues with Big Bazaar.The concession in price written on the product Tomato sauce of Kissan was not implied and since it was diffenrence of just Rs 10 / - and some more .. on other products , we did not care to go back to the store.

    The worst part was the quality of products with the store.The Corn Flakes of Tasty Treat offered at a cheap price (priced at Rs 99) tasted like made from Wheat flour .. in fact it is like rotis with milk.

    Is there any procedure to ensure if the products are made from the items written on the label?

    Default Non Acceptance of Accor Passes at Food Bazaar Salkia

    Food Bazaar Salkia does not accept Food Coupans(Meal Vouchers) from Accor, but as per policy from Accor their Meal Voucher are bound to be accepted at Food Bazaar Outlets.

    Other Food Bazaar's do accept Accor Meal Vouchers.

    When Store Manager of Salkia Food Bazaar is asked they say that they do it as per company policy. But I am suprised to find that different Food Bazaar Stores adhere to different sets of policy.

    sir,

    On 2nd January 2011 I purchased few food items like,vegetables,detergents &provisions accounting to approx 30 items at JP Nagar CENTRAL Food court Bangalore.CASH MEMO#t14/14147 DATED 2/01/211 @ TIME 13:11:50 Cash received by Mr,Vimal .Total amount billed 1237.00Rs.

    After coming home when the list was verified i found an item charged which was not purchased.The item being "FUNSKOOL BOYS TOY" AND CHARGED 149.00Rs.

    I tried to contact over telephone but no body cared to receive the call.

    I never expected the toys being sold at food bazar.

    Default Verbal abuse against me.

    Today is 9th of Jan 2011, I just visited food bazar in central shopping mall in bangalore. As a regular customer, I always spend a lot of money and do most of my shopping there. Today while I was trying to select a deo for me, I was willing to try out few out of many and an employee named as Dilip shouted abuse at me infront of many onlookers.
    It caused an extreme embarrassement and humiliation to me. Dilip also provoked me and dared me to go ahead and complain against him as he thinks he has contacts and no one can do anything about it. He also specifically said to me that I can go ahead and complain anywhere I want and there is not a damn thing any manager or his supervisors can do about it.

    I want strict action taken against him or else as a regular customer, I will stop visiting food bazaar and take my business else where.

    Default Complaint against grocery store

    Hi
    i need help to stop grocery store guy doing wrong things like giving expired
    things to poor people and exploiting them. and never giving bill even asked for.
    i appreciate any kind of help, to save community from the business who make
    profit at the cost of public health and never pay back to community in tax.
    i am from Jalandhar city, Punjab.

    Default erratic billing at khargar foodbazar

    Dear sir,
    Khargar foodbazar is in operation for so many years.But, it's very unfortunate that such a quality shop is having bery erratic billing system. It happened to me so many times when after checking the bill, i found wrong entry. e.g if an offer price is Rs, 37 against Rs, 45, billing will be done with Rs,45. If someone doesn't check the itemized bill,surely he will be carrying a wrong recipt.After reporting,they immediately arrange for refund but without giving proper explanation of why it happens every time.As, we have a habit of checking the bill, we try to educate the fellow customer by insisting them to check the correctness of the bill. But, others are at mercy of the Foodbazar.
    I am raising the point to you for benefit of every one who doesn't have time for checking the bill, which is not basically our duty at this age of automatic billing process.
    Question, whether it is intentional or software problem or business strategy to fool customer by luring various offers at display but billing at actuals?????

    Default Worst customer service at t 24 counter(lucknow)

    I am a regular customer of big bazar and for the last 1 year they are proving T 24 mobile connection and free talktime every time you purchase.
    But the customer service at he counter is very poor and they are pathetic they say within 24 hours we will credit your talkvalue but even after 1
    week you won't get it and this is the case everytime and then you have to spend money on callling them to credit free talktime or go to their outlets spending may be more money than the free talktime. They really sucks such an asshole employees.....
    For the last 6-7 months this thing is happening.

    It's happening in Lucknow big bazar at Saharaganj and River Side mall.
    what's the use of this free talktime just to fool people and harrass them mentally and financially.
    if you cannot manage it then stop this bloddy nonsense.
    I will take this matter to consumer forum..

    Be alert! Food Bazaar(future value retail ltd) is cheating to the customer and making fool to consumer.
    Today I visited food bazaar of(future value retail ltd) situated at ascent mall,ganesh khind road,near e-sqare mall,pune-411007
    I purchased 3.8 kg surf excel of mrp 475/- Which have food bazar offer price as mentioned at price board is rs.410/-.I also purchased other miscellenious 5-6 items along with it. I paid the bill of rs.744/- By cash I came at home and checked the bill carefully and I realised the discount offer of rs.65/-Is not given in bill.Bill is charged for full amount of rs.475/-My receipt no.Is 0002730 dated 28.12.2011 st:4913 ch:248323 tr:3714 cashir name:rohit suresh shinde
    is it cheating or not? it is menioned in bill that "isse sasta aur accha kahin nahi!"really? you have to write "aaiisa cheating aur kahin nahi!"
