dear sir,

I am partha hazra BL 314, sector II, saltlake city, Kolkata 700091, #
09331038109 bought one compact model of eureka forbes water purifier on 13th
july 2008. I have been told and given a guarantee card that I will be
getting one year free service for that. Unfortunately almost 10 months has
passed still then I did not get a single service from that company. on 3rd
of april 2009 once I called the company's helfline I have been told that it
is very unfortunate mistake and they are sorry for that and SMS me one
service number and assured me that immediately it will be serviced. Still
then I am moving with that SMS only. Nothing else has happened.

Its ridiculous to believe that such a reputed organisation is playing with
its customers that too with drinking water. For last one week I am not using
that purifier and already start buying water from outside vendor. Please
arrange to remove the useless dabba for my residence and refund my money
with interest with immediate effect.
