    Sub : Severe Problem faced in two RO plant installed at home.

    This is very pathetic to express my bad experience regarding two water
    purifier installed at my home of KENT mineral RO. its been installed 5
    months back both the machines and after installing that we are continously
    getting problem in gap of every few days. now a days the situation is so
    worst that we are forced to purchase jar of water on ragular basis by paying
    some amount of bugs. The distributor is so irresponsible that he is not able
    to explain us the problem and the solution, all of what he does is just
    sending a person,tries to find the problem and then went away by saying
    that he have repaired that. but again at interval of a week and so, the
    machine went to the same position which leads to us to call again and
    agian to the agent/distributor.Now right from last few days, we are calling
    him again and again and after so much of calling they are not able to send
    their representative for the same problem.

    Today we have a talk with your ASM, he has not taken any important steps
    till now. We were expecting that we have taken a good step of installing the
    KENT RO, which is not prooving tansparently & genuinly, And for which we
    should not be forced to move towards consumer forum and consumer
    court. After asking him to either solve the problem or replace the machine,
    the Sales Manager continously told us that he has policy to not to replace
    the machine, As we have already allowed 15-20 repairs in the newly installed
    machine in just 5 months we would not allow any further repair in the newly
    installed machines. So therefore, By this mail we expect from you to look
    into the matter by explaining the causes in written to failure to solve the
    problem and make an arragement to replace the machine with an immidiate
    effect so that the water problem could be solve.

    Post Pledge your support Its the matter of water for Which we rely Kent

    Dear Mr Mahesh,



    With complete regret I need to bring to your kind notice that despite of the fact the for last 5 year Im a kent loyal customer where 1 machine fixed at my home New delhi other at my native, i was very much happy with Kent and its service rendered by its engineer. Last June when there was a change in taste and i was told by Kent engineer to change the filters which i did as i was instructed and now again I m facing the same program. The new engineer who visted says now that it will remain same when i took him to the other house who also uses Kent on my recommendation in the same appt where the supply of water is same the taste stands much more better than what i get. He said he cant rectify the taste of water what I m getting. Thogh both of us are using the same water supply and same machine. Other family where aqua guard and other local RO are used there also water taste is also very good. (Same appt)



    Why the problem I m facing may be due to less skilled engineer and his lackadasical nature to serve in apt approach. Every year without fail I m paying AMC charges not for this bad service to be rendered. Earlier engineer who were sent to me were so good at work and very prompt in technical craft where my every problem in Kent was served in giffy as well to the mark.



    Despite of raising several complaint in Kent , customer care service center (Karan) same engineer is sent and same problem is still there. This water quality is not only putting us in trouble but to my kid as well. Water is free gift of nature and Kent stands as a mode to serve us in apt and apposite quality level so i pledge you Mr Mahesh and your team to assist me in rectifying it. The TDS level is fluctuating in my case from 160-200. The engineer never open the machine to rectify so see the TDS level and say it cant be rectified..



    Kindly send a skilled senor technician who can rectify the machine installed. I pray to you to help me out...

Mr. Mahesh this is never in my case. At least your technical and customer department is working in reciprocal manner.


    But as a customer my story is shameless, barefaced and this is full of agony which you only can help me out.
