Dear Mr Mahesh,
With complete regret I need to bring to your kind notice that despite of the fact the for last 5 year Im a kent loyal customer where 1 machine fixed at my home New delhi other at my native, i was very much happy with Kent and its service rendered by its engineer. Last June when there was a change in taste and i was told by Kent engineer to change the filters which i did as i was instructed and now again I m facing the same program. The new engineer who visted says now that it will remain same when i took him to the other house who also uses Kent on my recommendation in the same appt where the supply of water is same the taste stands much more better than what i get. He said he cant rectify the taste of water what I m getting. Thogh both of us are using the same water supply and same machine. Other family where aqua guard and other local RO are used there also water taste is also very good. (Same appt)
Why the problem I m facing may be due to less skilled engineer and his lackadasical nature to serve in apt approach. Every year without fail I m paying AMC charges not for this bad service to be rendered. Earlier engineer who were sent to me were so good at work and very prompt in technical craft where my every problem in Kent was served in giffy as well to the mark.
Despite of raising several complaint in Kent , customer care service center (Karan) same engineer is sent and same problem is still there. This water quality is not only putting us in trouble but to my kid as well. Water is free gift of nature and Kent stands as a mode to serve us in apt and apposite quality level so i pledge you Mr Mahesh and your team to assist me in rectifying it. The TDS level is fluctuating in my case from 160-200. The engineer never open the machine to rectify so see the TDS level and say it cant be rectified..
Kindly send a skilled senor technician who can rectify the machine installed. I pray to you to help me out...

Mr. Mahesh this is never in my case. At least your technical and customer department is working in reciprocal manner.
But as a customer my story is shameless, barefaced and this is full of agony which you only can help me out.
