    I have ordered an aquaguard total nova gold product around 15 days ago.the sales
    person who took the booking was Mr. umesh pal no. 9224438956.he told that the
    machine will be delivered within 3 days and will be installed the next day.after
    three days i recieved a call from eureka forbes regarding how the machine is, how is
    it installed, is it good or not, how many people are there living, what are there
    ages .i dont understand what type of bull shit they ask on phone. thats not over the
    same day in evening there are two persons at our doorstep to install it without
    reciving any machine, that we told that what thehell u will intsall without
    receiving any machine.after that everday i am in contact with eureka forbes at
    andheri office, mr. pal, and his head mr. rajak qureshi no. 9819152726, but no one
    is giving a good answer.every one says that the machine is on the way.but i am still
    thinking that where the helll is that machine gone.every body is talking the
    complaint everyaday and tells that ur complaint is register and u will recive the
    product today itself.but that date hasnt arived yet.i am suffering a lot due to non
    avilability of the product and strict action should be taken or else i will knocking
    the consumer court's door.hope to get a call from a good person from eureka forbes
    regarding the actual delivery date.

    Angry AquaGuard - lousy service

    I lodge my complaint as I don't even want to see any of your serviceman as they are all just business people to grab our AMC fee.
    I don't like their service at all. I can only call at 39883333, they are such cheaters - take the AMC money and run away - once the AMC period is over then they will again come to collect another cheque for the next round of AMC...is this thier busness? HIT AND RUN case this is .... real losers in this organisation. Let them come regularly and whenver they visit I will pay money for that visit. Can't u have a scheme like that. For not coming regularly I can't pay AMC amount. Give me a correct solution for my cleaning Aquaguard. If they take AMC what components they will be replacing I want to know.Without knowing anything I can't pay AMC amount.What maintenance they are doing i want to know. i want my money back !!

    Post Complaint Regarding Aqua Sure - From Aqua Guard

    I purchased a new Aqua Sure - Nano from Home town - Pune Ishanya Mall one month back. I had seleted the Aqua Guard brand because we had seen this from childhood and thought it lives up to its name. But belive this is the worst service i have ever seen .

    The sales person informed me that they give come and install the filter ASAP and will get the required installation done. But after several follow-ups one of their installation guy had come and he just entered my house and told me that its table mounted. I was informed at the time of purchasing that its wall mounted. That surprised me , the guy just left my house and went as it was table mounted ( accoridng to him). Again after several followup one the same installation guy came , drilled two holes in the wall and installed the filter . Immidately he did not give the demo , nor did he bother to tell us how to get the filter working. He left my premises even without paying any heed that the aquasure was leaking...After several followups also there is no one who is attending my call. I am calling the helpline and escallating things but nothing is working..... Can you belive inspite of paying an heavy amount , you are treated very badly ..... And the status is that Till date there is no response from Aquaguard and my filter is lying there unsued as its leaking .....total waste of money ..

    I would recommed people to pay a little more and buy some other best brand products available in the market rather than buying Aqual Sure

    Default VERy bad service AquaGURAD

    I have installed AquaGuard on 25th JAN 2011. After the installation I checked the TDS, it is above 300. Then I complaint to them then after 3 days they replaced the RO membrane(Saturday 29th JAN 2011). And After replacing I told the sales person who has sold me this to come and check the TDS he didn’t Turn up that day, then he came to my house on 31st Jan 2011 to check the TDS. It is still the SAME.

    Now I have requested them to either give me my money and the compensation or Replace the Product.

    Thumbs down Aquaguard Reviva

    We have purcahsed aqua guard reviva in Dec 10 they had not even visited once to do the service all of sudden it stopped working and too much heat was generating we gave a complaint and they told the complete membrane is not working it has to be replaced and he told that it was not under under warranty though it was in warraty they are supposed to find the details of the address and their database is not even and call centre is very hopeless they do not any sort of control on service team i had produced bills and bank checque statement to servicing person then he called his superivisor and took an approval for replacement of membrane.. Final part after it got replaced within a month it stopped working and now if i call they say the membrane quality is that much it would last for a month only..now my warrnty period is over and they have charged 3500 for replacement iam fed up of this service for so called no1 Eureka Forbes.

    Unhappy My unit damaged by the service person came for free servicing

    Please refer to my Purchase from M/S. Fundamental Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Regd off: 6, Waterloo street, Kolkata- 700069, Showroom: 123/3. NSC Bose road, Kolkata- 700040,Ph: 033-23778521, Proforma Invoice: FENN/10-11/1247 dated 4th NOV, 2010.
    I received a call from 033 2429 4981, that I have a free servicing due and accordingly a service person named Mr. Ujjal Dey visited my residence along with a helping hand and before starting for the servicing insited repetedly for AMC, I told him to fininish his work and the rest I shall take up with his office. He then opened the machine and cartidge, while opening he overpowered and there by broken the cartidge and told me that the Cartidge is broken. I like to inform since the machine purchased till he opened the machine in between no one opened the machine and we were very much satisfied with the performance of the machine. The matter informed to his office and Incharge Mr. Ujjal Dey (Mob: 9831730458) and he assured me to look into the matter, now I am waiting for the action taken by him, I further requesting your platform to see that I properly compensated for this sort of activities in the name of free servicing.

    Thumbs down Aquagard not yet install uptill 7 days after booking

    we have purchased Aquagard ( Compact) though sales person Mr. Shivdas Yadav (mob. no.:8082495088) on 24th oct2011 ,he told me that machine will install on 26th oct-2011 but unfortunately that has not been installed till today inspite of constant follow-ups with custmer care and sales person. I also received complaint no 85780266.

    hello frds pls don't purses Aquaguard water purify system recently i have pursed this water purity but this is not working properly so you do not buy this. in this company is large but this company product is very worst......i feel it so i tell.....do not buy it problems and Sorry to say you that you are giving worst service.Their service is very bad....Getting a product from Eureka Forbes is easy but if you call them for a service they are the worst in the market. I am a tenant and called them for a service for my Aquaguard Inova at the number...

    I have purchased a aquaguard RO+UV system (S.no.-BD10-8000523) on 10th of march,2011 from MADHU ELECTRONICS,S-24 Sanjay complex,jayendraganj ganj,lashkar,gwalior (M.P.) .The number of madhu electronics is 0751-2426536.We have complainted 3 times to the Mr. SAMADHIYA(9981476391) on 3rd and 4th of november 2011 but nobody has taken the action and responded.
    So please except my request and we are very thankful to you if u take any strict action.

    Default aquaguard sales / support person

    I have ordered aquaguard on October 20th and the sales person is Vishnu (9843679068) Chromepet area. They promised to deliver the product and install within 3 days. And its been now 3 weeks over and after follow ups also they were telling today and all sorts of excuses that person on leave etc., Is Aquaguard wont take care after sales / installation. Worst service!! They wont even pickup the phone after you handover the cheque to them. Before sales they call you 100 times but after sales its reverse... you need to follow them. My advice is dont pay them still installtion is complete !!! I am writing this compliaint not just for Vishu but for the aquaguard team itself. They need to improve the after sales support atleast till the installation of the product in their respective homes.

    The products like sony tv, lg washing machines are having good installtion procedures as they sell from the shops... but since aquaguards are not sold in shops I feel they have worst services... The tv / washing machines you bought will be installed the sameday / next day, but aquaguard will take more than 2-3 weeks after the follow ups also...!!! Any comments!!!

    Unhappy Frustrated with AquaGuard

    Sir,
    I have purchased Aquaguard Total reviva on 27th April 2011. Recently I shifted my residence and called your chennai office as well as service centre. But no response yet.

    I was assured on saturday(12th Nov) by Mr. Suresh to come around 4 pm and fix it. He dint come. When I called at 5 pm and asked for Suresh. Some one else picked the phone and said, he is not there and will call back in other 5 minutes. I dint get the call back.

    Monday morning, I called up again and spoke to Renjini who assured that she will send the person today itself. Nobody came or even updated us regarding the status. Evening I called and registered a complaint with service centre around 4 pm. The lady told it will take another 24 hours, since I dont have a complaint number. She registered the complaint. I asked her for the complaint number, she told will reach via SMS. I dint get any SMS till now. Strange thing is she dint even asked my new address.

    This is really frustrating. Either you send someone to fix this product or please let me know what I have to do with this. I dont understand the irresponsibility of your guys. We have to purchasing your product and leave as if we have not purchased.

    Default Aquagurd Reviva

    i have bought a aquagurd Reviva last year in the month of december. Since installation the machine was not working properly. Lastly today after complaining the service boy said that the inner candle have to be replaced and it will cost Rs. 3300.00 even though the machine is within the warranty period. He also said that every year i will have to invest Rs. 3300.00 for the inner candle and service charge extra. Now i want to know what type of water purifier it is ? Perhaps buying mineral water will be cheaper. Now i feel that i have been cheated like anything. i contacted the Mr Dipjyoti who sold the machine to me, but he also did not respond positively. Now i would like to request you to look into my problem and help me out.

    Unhappy Non Receipt of bill.

    I have not received my bill for the purchase of Integra 7 since 6mts and complaint has been raised for the same since one month. So, wen will i get the solution for this. I was given a reference no i.e. 85886617 by the customer care.
