Dear Sir/ Madam,



It is to register through your site that I had purchased a gold ring from
R.C. Jewellers, Karol Bagh, New Delhi with fixing a black pearl (Supplied
by me) 6 months ago, due to poor workmanship, (its not the case of poor &
tear or tempering) stone came out & lost. May I ask them to give
compensation for same?
Pls provide me the detail.
