Ride, I purchased from A well known Company APC maker of Business
Appliance & lighting UPS from bangaloro, A INVERTER that too their best
model BI1000 I ,with two Battery of 6UPS100F. with warranty of 2
years for UPS As well as for BATTERY , The First 12 month their were no PROBLEM
but after that problem started , first ONE Battery gone ,after many follow up it
got replaced and now the second battery needs replacement , but for that service
center is asking bribe ,when complain is been put to service manager, he is not
responding that shows they are mixed up as they must be getting share of the
bribe and when you call to costumer care they direct you again to service
manager . now where we should go .I am preparing my case to be put in district
forum of consumer court . can some bodygive some suggestion.
Deficiency in service by apc schneider for ups We has signed amc for the ups - using apc warranty packs - . APC company inspite of taking money and registering
the ups did not give service. On escalation we were told that the amc has been signed by mistake and
the money will be refunded.
However even after 3 months the company has not refunded the money nor is giving service. All escalations are
falling on deaf ears.
