    Default Complaint 162061 VERY VERY POOR QUALITY OF BATTERY SOLD BY SU KAM

    Hi All,



    I always had a bad experience with Su-Kam. They will never replace your
    battery with the exact one as they are not battery manufacturer.

    Their battery is such a low quality that they will be out of order within a
    year and then when the time for replacement comes they will tell you that
    they do not have that battery anymore and is outdated and will give you a
    faulty duplicate battery which again will work for another 3 to 6 months.



    Eventually after 18 months they will never replace your battery.

    This is simply a policy of SU-KAM to cheat millions of people like this.



    I know this email is reaching millions of people and this is simply is to
    make aware that people are not cheated by Su-Kam anymore.



    Never buy a su-kam product.

    This is to inform you that you are selling very bad quality of batteries to
    customers.

    The batteries does not have any life at all. You people are selling
    duplicate batteries and simply cheating people their money.



    Your engineer from complete Power Systems Faridabad came and visited and
    concluded that the battery is faulty before warranty has expired. He says
    that he will forward this to the sukam head office and I shall be getting my
    battery only when you sanction the same after 1 or 2 days.



    I have been suffering because of this. If my issue is not resolved by
    tomorrow then I would like to have full refund of money as soon as possible.

    Please contact Complete power system at Faridabad at phone numbers
    0129-2431203 / 2431213 and replace my battery immediately.

    Default Sukam Battery:NOT replaced

    Hi,
    I had raised 2 complaints with sukam customer care (396380 and 396385)about the faulty battery which was under warranty and given back to the distributor for repair/replacement.It was on march 07 2010 and till now May 01 2010 the battery has not been replaced at my house.We are suffering so much because of this and even after investing 13000 rs i dont have peace of mind.
    The details are:
    Issue: The Sukam battery which was under warranty was not working .Contacted the Distributor from who i bought the inverter and batter in Hyderabad (Mr Zulifqar baig) and he took battery in March 7th but till now has not returned the battery.(more than 50 days).
    I am highly disstatisfied with SUKAM approach and would like to get my money refunded.

    Hi,
    My sukam battery was under warrnty and was not working properly.The dealer from whom i bought it took it on 7match 2010 for replacement.Till now he has not returned the battery.
    Also lodged two complaints with customer care SUKAM (nbr: 396380 and 396385)but till now no action has been taken.Please refund my battery amount as it has been a very delayed and irreseponsbile service from sukam distributors and customer care.

    Default su-kam ups poor service

    We had a problem with our ups and had calledbup the customer care.they guy came and he replaced some part without even informing us and now the backup isnt even coming we called him again he did the same thing and this time demanded money from us although it was a free service and now the backup isnt even working for 10mins when the power goes and our calling the customer service is all vain.hope i hear some solution to my problem or am so fussed that ill esclate this matter to which ever heights i can take it to.I did even send a mail to customer service

    Default Sukam Battery exploded at our residence.

    We own a Sukam inverter of 7.5 KVA capacity along with a battery bank of 10 batteries smf 150 ah. This complete set is 2 years old. Two days back in night we had a narrow escape as one of the battery exploded with a massive impact which almost shook our house breaking two big glass with a sound impact pulling our neighbours out. With the God grace no casualties happened as night time no one in that area. But anything could have happened. Sukam engineer had seen the site taken pictures of site.
    We have requested company to replace all suspected batteries as we are concern that there are balance batteries in the house. Unfortunately I have been given a feedback from company that since the battery is out of warranty, company does not hold any responsibility and I should take care myself by changing the battery. Which is a shock to us that instead Sukam should have come forward in support of our narrow escape and by now should have taken out these suspected set of batteries from our house and replaced with a new one. But Sukam is trying to convey after warranty period, batteries can be out of safety specifications/parameters? Does out of warranty mean company can leave us with such dangerous and hazardous state? can leave this kind of explosions to happen?
    We have written to Sukam but no response. Complain no 1209693082.
